As early as your date is confirmed. Popular conference and event weeks fill quickly, and booking early locks in your date and rate.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue or agency before the event.
When will we get our photos or video?
Your delivery deadline is written into the contract before we shoot, so you know the exact date your files arrive.
Can you handle large events?
Yes. From multi-day conferences to high-volume headshot booths, we plan staffing and gear around your headcount and schedule.
Who owns the final files?
Your organization receives usage rights for its communications and marketing. The specific licensing terms are spelled out in your contract.
